Payment Policy-

We only accept paypal and credit/debit cards.

If we do not receive your payment within 48 hours, it will be cancelled.

Shipping Policy-

Domestic: Product ships within 4-8 BUSINESS days of ordering once it is confirmed and authorized. You will recieve a Paypal confirmation through your EMAIL

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

We do not send confirmation emails you will recieve one from Paypal stating that your order went through and when it has shipped.

-Domestic shipping can take up to 4-8 business days in transit.

International: Products will ship within 4-8 BUSINESS days of ordering once it is confirmed and authorized. We do not send confirmation emails you will recieve one from Paypal stating that your order went through, and also when it has shipped.

Tracking numbers are not available on international packages.

-International shipping can take up to 8-20 business days in transit.

*PLEASE NOTE* If you are using a eCheck from Paypal, Your order will be shipped 4-8 business from the date that the eCheck is cleared.

-SweetPea & Fay Cosmetics are shipped through USPS and are not held responsible for lost, damaged, items in the mail.

Refund Policy-

If within 10 days of delivery you decide the color isnt your cup of tea. We will Gladly Refund or Give you store credit.

It must be sent back with a receipt, all original tags/labels, in the same condition you recieved it AND within 10 days of delivery. Sales, Discounted, Clearance, Gift Cards, specials, samples, merchandise is non-returnable. SweetPea & Fay holds no responsibility for lost, damaged, items in the mail. All Return shipping & handling fees are non-refundable.
